Personalized Hatha yoga sessions focused on stress relief, breath, and nervous-system regulation. Sessions are adapted to your body, energy, and needs.
Gentle pace - all levels
In person: $120 - Online: $90

Live Small Group Yoga Class (60 min)
Slow, grounding Hatha yoga in a small group setting. A supportive space to move, breathe, and reset together
(max 6 students)
Online: $25 per student

Corporate Wellness & Team Sessions
Workplace yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness sessions.
Designed to help teams reset, refocus, and feel more at ease during the workday.
In-person (NYC) or online
All levels welcome. No experience needed.
(Corporate sessions are offered in customized packages based on frequency, location, and team size)

I create accessible, thoughtful practices rooted in breath and mindful movement, designed to help people slow down and feel more at ease in their daily lives.
